Shopping Bags
Pan North shopping bags are available in up to 6 colors in the front and back. The following handle types are available:
- Soft loop handle (can be side seal or bottom seal)

Pan North shopping bags can either be bottom seal, side seal or top seal. Pan North Shopping bags can be tailored to our customer`s specification and designs. We willingly assist our client`s choice of material and the goods they need to carry.

Security Bags
Pan-safe evident security bags have the following features:

The materials used are heavy duty with a high resistance to tear and puncture, and both sides of the bags have heat-sealed side seams with a ``VOID`` tape attached to the opening of the bag.

The bag is self-sealing after peeling off the release liner to attach the glue with the ``VOID`` tapes. The adhesive closure is extremely strong and if anyone tried to force open the bag the words ``VOID`` will appear to show that the bag has been tampered with. The tamper evident closure can resist solvents and heat at a very low temperature of Freon.
- Each bag has a dual sequential numbers for recording purposes.
- An optional pouch can be welded for putting deposit notes.
- Pan-Safe evident security bags have an easy to write on white ink surface.
- Pan-Safe evident security bags are ideal for packing cash / cheques / coins and sensitive documents.
Courier Bags
We have been manufacturing courier bags since the 1980`s and are currently supplying to most of the major courier companies. The courier bags are available in 3 sizes:
- Large -17`` x 22``
- Standard -121/2`` x 18``
- Small -10`` x 14``
The bags are extruded in 2 or 3 layers with HDPE or LDPE with the inner layer in grey or black and the outer layer in white. Printing is available in up to 6 colours in the front and back. The plastic envelopes have a flap containing a PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) and are covered with a release liner. By removing the liner from the adhesive and pressed down on the body of the bag, the adhesive will immediately bond to the plastic envelope and seal firmly. (The optimum bond is best achieved after 1 hour).
A welded pouch or an ``overlapping pocket`` is available at the back of the courier bags. Pan North Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd. Courier bags are ideal for transportation of documents and parcels as the courier bag cannot be opened unless it is forcibly ripped open, and therefore keeps the contents protected and secure.
Water Soluble Strip Laundry Bags
The implementation of water soluble strip laundry bags is to dispose contaminated or soiled linen from hospitals. It is unique in a way that it overcomes the problem of cross infection to hospital staff during the transportation of the laundry bags to the washing machine. Pan North water soluble strip bags are closed by a water soluble tie.
The water soluble strip is non toxic and biodegradable and is resistant to solvents and natural oils from migrating through the film. It is also impervious to bacteria, carbon dioxide, hydrogen and oxygen. The water soluble strip is also readily permeated by moisture and ammonia thus making it an excellent application for the water soluble bags.
Pan North water soluble strip bags are manufactured in red, blue, and transparent and can be tailored to the customer`s specification. Standard sizes are as follows:
- 475mm x 710mm x 760mm (18``x28``x30``)
- 475mm x 710mm x 965mm (18``x28``x38``)
How to Use the Water Soluble Laundry Strip Bags

The water soluble laundry strip bags once filled, are transported to the laundry without the fear of airborne bacteria, infectious body fluids, blood borne pathogens escaping.

The water soluble laundry strip bags are put inside the washer without further handling. The water soluble seam and the water soluble tie will dissolve in 60 degrees centigrade of water, thus exposing the contents for washing.

When the washing is completed, the PE bags are taken out to be disposed off or recycled.
