PAC GUARD® Model 400 Leak Detection Instrument
PAC GUARD® 400 is a non-destructive leak detection system designed for production line quality control, and package development applications. Emphasizing ease of operation, the Pac Guard 400 can detect weak heat seals, gross leaks, or small pin holes in finished products within seconds. Ideal applications include sterile medical supplies, food packaging, and pharmaceutical packaging. This portable system can be used to test blister packs, foil pouches, plastic pouches, thermoformed cups, bottles, boxes, and small packages. Testing works best with dry products where some headspace exists. An optional CO2 pressure chamber is also available.

DataGrab™ Acquisition Software
The PacCheck, GSA and Skye systems come with a RS2132 port, which allows communication to your computer. DataGrab acts as the vehicle or bridge that communicates and delivers data directly into Excel. Excel then will enable you to create charts and graphs that you can automatically update and document with real-time data from your test results.
The DataGrab also is capable of 2-way I/O communications which allows you to send out commands or data to control your PacCheck or GSA instrument from within Excel. This is a great tool to use in any production or QA/QC program.
