Friction Feeder - Functional principle
The products to be separated, e.g. envelopes, phone cards, blanks, are inserted into the magazine as piles. The lowest product lies on the friction belt and is pulled from the pile through the friction force of the belt. The braking roller prevents the next product from being pulled out as well. The opening between belt and braking roller is set to the appropriate product height.

Universal Friction Feeder LLC 350 - Product Feeder for Paper Processing and Wrapping Machines
The KÖRA - PACKMAT universal friction feeder covers a wide range of different flat products (e.g. CD covers, manuals, video tapes). This feeder allows you to separate products up to a maximum product thickness of 30 mm.
