MPA 2000 Multipackaging Machine for PET
Hi-Cone offers two systems to provide you with all the flexibility you need to create the correct package mix to meet your needs. The ITW Hi-Cone MPA 2000 Multipackaging Machine allows you to package the widest range of PET bottles into the greatest number of multipacks: 3, 6, 8, 9, 12, 15, and 18.
The MPA 2000 applies a continuous strip of Hi-Cone carriers to either a double or triple row of PET, at speeds up to 2,000 bottles per minute based on bottle diameter.
Other features include:
- automatic operation, plus fast, easy changeover
- accommodates bottle sizes from 236 ml (8 oz.) to 1.5 liters (51 oz.)
- handles straightwall and shaped profiles from 53.8 mm (2.12``) to 88.9 mm (3.5``) diameters

Model 870 Multipackaging Machine for PET
The ITW Hi-Cone Model 870 series multipackaging machine packages 4, 6, 8 and 12 bottle multipacks. (Slim-Pack®). The 870 applies a continuous strip of Hi-Cone carriers to a double row of PET, at speeds up to 1,200 bottles per minute.

Model 875 Application System for PET
The Model 875 application system packages a range of sizes of large PET bottles into 2 or 4 bottle multipacks. The Duo•Pack™ multipack is designed to allow customers to easily purchase multiple bottles, while leaving a free hand to make other purchases.
Features include:
- carrier applies to a double row of bottles
- speeds up to 600 bottles per minute
- accommodates a variety of bottle sizes and shapes
- accepts the Hi-Cone top lift carrier
- application machine length – 3.2 meters
- machine accommodates non-multipack 2-liter requirements with adjustable drum height setting

The Orienting System rotates filled and labeled bottles as they enter your Hi-Cone applicating system resulting in a uniform, highly presentable package.
