| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |
The R 535 is a high speed thermoforming machine with practically unlimited upgrade potential. It can be simple, compact machine for flexible film packs or a machine fitted with several complete die sets, upper web forming facilities, pick-and-place units etc. The following machine configurations are possible with the R 535 model range:
- Web Widths: from 320 to 650 mm
- Maximum Cut-Off Length: 1300 mm (950 mm with a pre-heated die)
- Maximum Forming Depth: 210 mm
- Output: up to 30 cycles per minute |

The R 535 is a high-speed machine has many series for different kinds of packaging: multiple forming systems, zip-seals, double die versions, plug assist forming systems with preheating die, including complete cut systems, ``slip lid`` equipment, top/bottom/side labeling, double sealing-die systems, jumbo film unwind systems, special forming systems, top web forming, cook-in ham for flexible films and semi rigid films, inner/outer packaging lines, top web forming and chain guided top web. |
