Line consists of:
- Accumulator (Conveyorised Feeder)
- Automatic 2 Head/4 Nozzle reciprocating type piston fillers with rotary valves for clean cut-off.
- Automatic Rotary 8 Head Screw Capping Machine for capping the jars with pre-threaded caps to the required torque.

- Line output up to 7500 units/hr:
- Various safety interlocks such as "No - container - No fill", "No-container-No-cap", machine stops on container surge at discharge etc.
- Variable output with AC frequency controllers.
- Proper synchronization between Filling and Capping machines.
- Safety enclosure with safety interlocks using "Reed Switches", "Proximity Switches", "Photocell" and other "Sensors".
- This machine can be used for filling viscous products like adhesives, balms, creams, lotions, emulsions etc. in bottles / jars. |
