Portioners- Portion Cut

Mixers
Uni Mix
The Uni Mix is a traditional Twin Shaft Mixer with independently driven side by side placed mixing wings and two outlet-gates. The mixing flexibility ranges from gentle stirring – via mixing / tumbling – to intensive protein extraction mixing.
Uni Mix I
The Uni Mix I is a high performance mixer with intermeshing and level displaced mixing wings to provide intensive and homogeneous mixing of all products regardless of product stickiness and viscosity. It meets the ultra short mixing time demand set by hamburger producers.
Emulsifyers and Cutters
Eco Cut
The Eco Cut programme of emulsifiers covers the full spectrum of production - and capacity needs. The product range starts with the smallest 140 mm self propelling model and goes via 175 mm medium capacity machines for pump or hopper infeed to the pump fed 225 mm high performance emulsifier. The machines are able to produce coarse as well as super fine emulsions and can be equipped with a multitude of knife set combinations with up to triple set cutting system.
Eco Cut CAP 1
The Eco Cut CAP 1 is a fully automated and multifunctional machine consisting of infeed hopper with agitator, vacuumized variable speed positive displacement pump, variable speed cutting head with dual knife cutting system and automatic bone elimination device, dual cone emulsifier head with vacuum. The Eco Cut CAP 1 offers a very high flexibility in product structure, degree of emulsification and density. All variables such as speeds, throughput, temperature increase and vacuum levels are monitored and controlled by the programmable control system, which also can be remotely operated which makes this machine ideal for line applications.
Tembi Vac
The Tembi Vac brings more stability to emulsions coming from the Eco Cut. The application is typically for emulsions having a high content of frozen ingredients such as chicken MDM, beef fat etc. The conical rotor stator system and the hereto applied vacuum improve the binding abilities by adding the right temperature increase and at the same time the adjustable vacuum remove enclosed air, whereby higher density, improved coloration and longer product shelf-life are achieved.
Cut Master
The Cut Master is the most universal and flexible machine for nearly all preparation jobs where mixing, particle reduction and emulsifying are involved. It provides flexibility and fast exchange of recipes and at the same time a high productivity.
Pumps
Conti low
CFS can provide a full programme of product pumps for all applications ranging from pumping of liquids and soft pre-blends, via meat and stiff product pumping to pre-crushing and pumping of frozen meat and bones.
Conti Vac
The Conti Vac vacuumizer is designed for efficient removal of enclosed air from sausage pre-blends or emulsions. It provides quality improvement with regards to consistency, density, weight control, colour and shelf-life.
Handling
Screw Loaders
Screw Loaders come in a variety of executions and sizes. The horizontal and vertical parts are clamped together for easy cleaning
Column Loaders
Column Loaders come in a wide range of standard loaders, both single and double column. All loaders are built to withstand the harsh environment of the food industry in accordance with the stringent CE safety regulations and have mechanical safety devices.
Belt Loaders
Belt Loaders are available with flat or with trough shaped PVC belt, or with Intralox chain belts. Inclined Belt Loaders for frozen meat blocks or large meat pieces are equipped with catches.
Silo
Silos are horizontal or inclined live-bottom silos for storage and batching of ground meat and trimmings, fresh, tempered or frozen.
Analysing
Multi Track
Whenever there is a need for analysis on a mixer, belt loader or pump, the Multi Track is the ideal set-up. This system can analyse for fat, protein and moisture in meat.
Master Track
Master Track is based on electromagnetic radiation and can analyse the fat and lean content in any meat while being ground.
