Carton Overwrapping and Sealing Machine Model: AW 120C
This machine is for over wrapping and sealing of rectangular cartons with cellophane or BOPP film. The film kept in rolls is cut to correct size, wrapped over cartons and heat-sealed.
Power consumption is 2.2 kW. The machine has output up to 7500 cartons/hr depending on the size and shape of the cartons. This machine is suitable for overwrapping rectangular shaped cartons like toothbrush cartons, cassettes, blade dispensers and other rectangular cartons used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and similar industries.
Collating and Overerapping Machine Model: CW 20
Collating and Overwrapping Machine can collate cartons and solids of rectangular shape into multiple layers and rows and finally overwrap the bundle with heat sealable films like B.O.P.P., Cellophane etc. The entire operation is automatic. The machine can be linked with cartoning machine.

- The film roll can be mounted or removed from the machine in seconds
- The temperature of the heaters can be adjusted independently within 1°C
- The end-sealing unit returns automatically when machine is stopped
- Parts of the machine coming in contact with cartons are made of stainless steel to ensure smooth movement of the cartons

Flow Wrapping Machine Model: HT 80/ HB 80
Fully Automatic horizontal Pillow machine can pack a variety of solid products of different shapes and sizes with all types of heat sealable films and laminates. Photocell Registration Unit is also available for spot-printed films. Output up to 7500 packs/hr depending on the size and shape of the product. The speed of the machine can be varied infinitely with AC motor with frequency control. The machine is suitable for packing products like Chocolates, Dry cells, Surgical Cotton, Biscuits, Bandages, Gum tapes, etc.
Four Side Seal Flow Wrap Machine Model: FS 80
Fully automatic Flow Wrap Machine can pack solid product in pouches with 4 side hermetic seal. All types of heat sealable films and Laminates can be used. Photocell Print Registration unit available for spot printed items. Outputs up to 4000 pkts/hr. speed of the machine can be varied infinitely with AC motor with frequency control suitable for sterile products like Syringes, Disposal Gloves etc. Special arrangements for "Easy Peel Off".
