Insert / Plug / Cap Pressing Machine
This machine is used for pressing inserts/ plugs into the neck of filled bottles to prevent leakages. Automatic Insert Feeders available as optional accessories. Gives outputs upto 120 bottles/min.

Rotary Sealer Model: RS 60 / RS 120
Automatic Rotary Sealer for sealing plastic inserts/plugs of LDPE, HDPE, PP etc. on to bottles of the same material. A Timing screw and star wheels for smooth movement at high speeds feed bottles. Temperature of sealing heads is controlled for effective sealing. The machine can handle bottles of different sizes and shapes. It is an ideal machine for leakproof/pilferproof packing of Edible Oils, Petroleum products, Adhesives and a variety of products in bottles. Output up to 7500 bottles/hr.
Automatic Single Station Screw Capping Station Model: AC1
Single Head Rotary Capping Machine that places and tightens the pre-threaded plastic caps on bottles of any shape and size. It works on the principle of intermittent rotary motion with Geneva mechanism and has facility for changing over to R.O.P.P. caps. Output upto 2000 containers/hr depending upon size and shape of bottles. The tightening torque can be adjusted to ensure leak-proof capping. A vibratory/ bowl feeder controls the in feed of caps on to the bottles. "No Bottle - No Cap" mechanism is provided. Bottle guides and parts coming in contact with the containers are made out of stainless steel.
Automatic Capping Machine
Model: AC 4, AC 6, AC-8, AC 12 & AC 16
Multi Head Rotary Capping Machine that places and tightens the pre-threaded plastic caps on bottles of any shape and size. The outputs upto 7500 bottles/hr. depending upon the size and shape of the bottles. The tightening torque can be adjusted to ensure leak-proof capping. A vibratory bowl/feeder controls the in feed of caps on to the bottles. "A No Bottle - No Cap" Mechanism is provided. A bulk elevator can be optionally provided with interlocks to maintain uniform flow of caps into feeder. Bottle guides and parts coming in contact with the containers are made of stainless steel.
