Soft-Seal
The Fresh-Lock Soft-Seal zipper material allows reclosable flexible packaging converters to achieve high quality seals at the zipper crush area while improving machine cycle rates. The proprietary Soft-Seal zipper material requires significantly less energy to crush, and therefore requires less time, temperature and/or pressure to seal. Fresh-Lock zippers® made with soft-Seal material can be applied with existing equipment either in-line using form/fill/seal technology or to pre-made bags.
